FAQ’s

Getting started

  • Usually a high resolution JPEG, PDF or vector file. If you don’t have any of these don’t worry - send us what you have and we can generally work something out!

  • Yes! For simple designs we can create a logo for you. It helps if you have an idea of what you are thinking of - even a sketched out design will help, or some screen shots of logos that you like. We charge £30/hour for our in-house design service.

  • Yes, we will put together a digital mock-up based on your logo and the garments you have chosen

Clothing

  • Because of the large size of our inventory many people find the choice of clothing just too overwhelming. Why trawl through hundreds of similar-looking jackets online when we can spend the time researching and provide you with just a few top quality options that fulfil all your requirements?! We suggest emailing us with specifics like: ‘waterproof jackets in navy’ or ‘lightweight polo shirts for kids’. This will give us the best information to source the very best garments for your needs.

  • Yes, if you’re local to the shop in Midhurst then you are welcome to drop by and try any items in your order for size.

  • Unlike big internet clothing companies we work closely with you so that you know exactly what you’re getting before you get it. We send photos for approval every step of the way. For this reason clothing that has been embroidered cannot be returned but we guarantee you will love whatever you have ordered!

  • Yes. We charge a little more for embroidery onto your own garments but this is usually possible. You will need to check if the garments you are supplying will be suitable for embroidery before we can agree to embroider them. We cannot be responsible for garments you have supplied yourself should something go wrong during, before or after the embroidery.

Embroidery

  • Embroidery has a unique and upmarket finish. It lasts much longer than print and won’t fade or rub off. In fact embroidery will usually outlast the garment it’s been stitched onto! Embroidery works beautifully for logos in areas like the left chest and across the back and on the sleeves of garments. For full T-shirt deisgns etc you may want to think about using print rather than embroidery (we can recommend an excellent local print company - just ask)

  • For designs with very large areas of colour/fill you may want to consider print. We sometimes recommend a technique called applique but this won’t suit all designs - email us and we’ll let you know.

Lettering usually needs to be more than 1cm in height as very small details don’t work well using embroidery due to the thickness of the needle and thread.
